Change the feather in the feather products.
Decrease the feather in the products.
Get out the feather if there are any needles (rust powders, or aluminum foil) left in the products.
Get out the feather if the old bedclothes or clothes need changing the covers.
It’s best for the new products in factories, which will be produced in large number with a big amount of feather and in short time.
2. Advantages and disadvantages
You don’t need to break up the products. You can suck the feather out through a small hole. Especially for quadrilled bedclothes, it can avoid the loss of cloth and time.
It needs two filling machines to work together.
(If there is only one filling machine, consider to use the clothes-filling series XR-1, which, however, has lower speed).
