The machine can be used to fill cotton flannel toys. It can use compressed air as the motive force to fill soft materials like pearl- sized chemical fiber balls, foam particle, loosened chemical fiber and staple cotton fiber into the inside of cotton flannel toys. The machine is supplied with stainless steel pipes with the
diameter from 5  to 38 mm to facilitate the filling into small corners. A chemical fiber filling machine is also attached. It can be used either to charge the cotton filling machine for toys or to directly fill middle and large cotton flannel toys . It is the necessary machine to produce middle and high grade toys for export.  

The cotton filling machine case can be filled with 6 kg cotton 。
